The Jamestown Settlement will take you back even further than your Colonial Williamsburg experience.
Go visit the blacksmith and go to the cobbler for all your settlement needs. Not really but this is a site you have to see as well.

Williamsburg Winery- After a long day of historic experiences, sit down, relax, and drink some wine!
Not having experienced the food myself, reviews say that the food is excellent. And reasonably priced, of course.
